Tactical Cards
- Steal - Take one of another player’s supply card
- Sabotage - Skip a player’s turn
- Scorched Earth - Destroy an unclaimed supply card, creating a shortage.
- Safeguard - Protects player from any other player’s attack
- Doomsday - Asteroid moves much closer, decreasing the the time left to play or even just ending the game.
- Contamination Radiation or disease, roll dice
- Alliance of convenience - Trade 1 supply card with someone, (if they agree)
- Chaos - Pick or randomly lose a resource
- Hoard/Stockpile - Take a second supply at a pile
Rules/Layout
- Only one escape rocket in center of board, four companies/players start around it, supply pile scattered on board.
- Player keeps their supply cards in a line in front of them face up. Tactical cards face down.
- four companies/players are different science/space disciplines who start out with 1 card of their respective trade supply. Each company is color coded to one of four colors
- pick up candidates/people as you move
- old oregon trail/Sweet Valley High
- Asteroid can move closer as you move or as certain events unfold or cards are drawn or both. Goes around the edge of the board Asteroid tracker could be cut from the game in lieu of a more simple rule that says first one done wins no matter how long it takes. The tracker would only really exist to cause a no win game where time runs out.
- A player can’t run out of their base supply unless they are all gone from the pile
